摘要
目的:探讨安神利眠冲剂的疗效和安全性。方法:通过灌胃给予小鼠安神利眠冲剂,观察其对小鼠自主活动的影响,对戊巴比妥钠所致小鼠睡眠作用的影响,对戊四氮所致小鼠惊厥作用的影响及对小鼠的毒性反应。结果:安神利眠冲剂能使小鼠自主活动数明显减少,能增强戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的中枢抑制作用,可使戊四氮所致小鼠惊厥发生率明显降低,小鼠给药7天,未见不良反应,健康活泼,体质量增加,无1例死亡。结论:安神利眠冲剂具有镇静、催眠和抗惊厥作用,毒性低,使用安全。
Objective： To discuss clinical effects and safety ofAnShen LiMian granules. Method： The effects of A nShen LiMion granules on autonomic activity of the mice, the sleep caused by pentobarbital sodium and convulsions induced by corazol and the toxicology were observed when the mice were administered with AnShen LiMian granules through intragastric administration. Result： A nShen LiMian granules could decrease the mice with autonomic activity, enhance the mice＇s Centre inhibition induced by pentobarbital sodium and lower the incidences of convulsions lead by corazol. The mice were administered with medicines for seven days, no side effects and death were found but vivacity and weight gained. Conclusion： AnShen LiMian granules are effective in sedation, hypnogenesis and anti-convulsions, which are safe with low toxicity.
