摘要
为了选育出与国外引进品种具有竞争力的国产甜菜新品种,采用导入野生甜菜的高产及抗病基因、病地与非病地的双重胁迫轮回选择、甜菜母根分割、根形筛选等多种遗传改良技术,成功选育多个优良甜菜亲本品系。2004年以母本4N03408×父本2N03210按行比3∶1比例配制甜研312杂交组合(代号04362),种子混收,是多胚三倍体杂交品种。该杂交组合特色是父母本均利用杂交一代,突出双交种的杂种优势。2007—2008年参加省品种区域试验,2009年参加省生产示范试验,2010年初通过黑龙江省农作物品种审定委员会审定命名。在全省8个点2年区域试验中,平均根产量43014.0kg/hm2,比统一对照甜研309增产13.7%;平均含糖率17.7%,略高于对照0.1度;平均产糖量7621.6kg/hm2,比对照提高14.6%。该品种达到了高糖、丰产、抗病的育种目标,适应种植地区为黑龙江、内蒙古、新疆等甜菜主产区。该品种已转让种子企业独家经销,是黑龙江甜菜产区近几年唯一推广的国产品种。
Tianyan312 as a new polyembryonic triploid hybrids (code 04362) was bred to compete with imported varieties, and this variety was employed by genetic improvement techniques, including the high-yield and disease-resistant genes from wild beet, the double stress reincarnation select of the disease and non-disease areas, Beet mother root partition and root-shaped screening. Tianyan 312 was crossed from 4N03408 as the female parent with 2N03210 as the male parent by hybrid seeds harvesting through natural pollination by 3:1 in 2004. The characteristic of hybrid combination was to use the first hybrid generation of parents, and to highlight the double cross hybrids heterosis. The new variety was participated in the provincial variety regional test from 2007 to 2008, and the provincial production demonstration test in 2009. It was registered by the Heilongjiang Crop Committee in 2010. In the eight test sites of the Heilongjiang province sugarbeet variety two-year regional test, the mean root yield was 43014.0 kg/ha, increased by13.7%; the sugar content was 17.7%, increased by 0.10°S; the sugar content was7621.6 kg/ha, increased by 14.6%, in comparison with the control variety of Tianyan309. The experimental results showed that the new variety reached breeding objectives of high-sugar, high-yield, diseaseresistance, and suitable to plant in different areas like the Heilongjiang, the Inner Mongolia and the Xinjiang autonomous regions. This new variety was transferred to the seed enterprise for exclusive distribution, and it was the unique domestic varieties promoted by Heilongjiang beet producing areas in recent years.
