摘要
分析了氢气压缩机异常跳停的原因,认为现场操作室拆除后操作人员无法及时观察运行数据的变化对氢气压缩机的正常运行影响重大,提出了氢气压缩机测量数据显示的改进方案。实际运行1年的结果表明,氢气压缩机得到了安全可靠的监控,避免了氢气压缩机异常跳停的发生,确保了工艺系统的安全稳定长周期运行。
The causes of the abnormal jump stop of hydrogen gas compressor was analyzed,it was concluded that the operator couldn't observe run data changes in time which had a great influence on the normal operation of the hydrogen compressor after the scene operation room removed.Proposed improved show scheme of hydrogen compressor measurement data.One year actual operation results showed that hydrogen compressor had safe and reliable monitoring;the occurrence of the hydrogen compressor abnormal jump stop was avoided,the security and stability of process system to run for a long period of time was ensured.
