摘要 对BEA/MOR沸石分子筛及其纯相进行了X射线衍射仪、电感耦合等离子体、等温吸附法,吡啶吸附红外光谱和热损失表征,并对其进行了二甲醚羰化合成醋酸甲酯反应性能评价和比较。结果表明,2相共结晶分子筛具有不同于BEA和MOR的晶相结构,比表面和平均孔径介于2个纯相之间,并且其Bronst酸对Lewis酸的比例高于纯相分子筛。用于催化二甲醚羰化制醋酸甲酯反应时,BEA/MOR样品活性明显高于BEA纯相、MOR纯相及机械混合BEA/MOR相。反应60 h的MOR纯相和BEA/MOR共结晶催化剂进行热损失表明,BEA/MOR共结晶分子筛积碳量远低于MOR纯相分子筛,因此具有更强的反应稳定性。 In this paper,the BEA/MOR zeolite molecular sieve and its pure phases were characterized by methods of XRD,ICP-AES,BET,Py-IR and DTA,and their catalytic reaction performance used in DME carbonylation to MeOAC reaction were also evaluated and compared.The results showed that two phase co-crystallization molecular sieve was different from BEA and MOR in crystal structure,specific surface and average pore size were between the two pure phase.The Bronst acid and Lewis acid ratio were higher than the other pure molecular sieves.The co-crystallization BEA/MOR catalyst′s activity was significantly higher than the pure BEA phase,the pure MOR phase and the mechanical mixing BEA/MOR phase in the dimethyl ether catalyzed carbonylation to methyl acetate reaction.To this end,after 60 h reaction times,it was known by thermogravimetric analysis that there was a far lower carbon amount in co-crystallization BEA/MOR catalyst than in pure MOR phase catalyst,which was concluded that the co-crystallization BEA/MOR catalyst had stronger reaction stability.
