摘要
研究了磁控溅射 NiAl 微晶涂层对NiAl-TiC(20%,体积分数)复合材料1000-1100℃高温氧化性能的影响.结果表明,NiAl微晶涂层大大提高了NiAl-TiC复合材料的恒温及循环氧化性能,降低氧化速率几个数量级,对于 NiAl-TiC复合材料来说,其表面形成以TiO2为主的复合氧化物,而施加 NiAl微晶涂层后,其表面氧化物主要是 Al2O3.
The effect of NiAl mocrocrystalline coating prepared by magnetron-sputtering on the high temperature oxidation behaviors of NiAI-TiC (20%, volume fraction) composite was investigated in air at 1000 and 1100℃. It was found that the isothermal as well as cyclic oxidation resistance of NiAl-TiC composite was greatly improved by NiAl microcrystalline coating. The chide scale of NiAl- TiC composite is mainly composed of TiO2. While, the scale for that coated with NiAI microcrystalline coating is only Al2O3.
