摘要
为了使轴承钢套圈锻压成型后晶粒细化、碳化物分布均匀、抑制网状碳化物的形成,设计了该晶粒细化设备,提高了轴承钢的机械性能、工艺性能和产品质量。
In order to make the forming steel bearing ring grain refinement, carbide distribution and inhibition of reticular carbide after forged, the grain refining equipment was designed, the bearing steel mechanical properties, process performance and product quality were improved.
