摘要
针对冰水两相流流型参数检测,设计了电阻层析成像系统,该系统可快速获取两相流的截面电导率图像,通过图像分析获得流型信息的方法直观、高效。测试实验表明,该系统可实时、动态的反映水溶液中冰柱的位置、形态以及运动变化,满足冰水两相流流型的实时在线监测需要。
Aimed at the measurement of ice-water two-phase flow pattern, this paper designed an electrical resistance tomography (ERT) system. The ERT system is a fast imaging technology that can display cross-sectional electrical conductivity distribution within a pipe. Two-phase flow pattern can be identified by image directly and efficiently. In experiment the reconstructed image clearly displayed the position, shape and movement of ice in water. The research results prove that it is possible to monitor on-line the transportation process of ice-water two-phase flow using ERT system.
