摘要
糖尿病分为伴有周围神经病变性糖尿病(T2DM)和不伴有周围神经病变性糖尿病(T1DM)。T2DM患者常伴有足部病变从而引起足底压力分布异常。目前,足底压力定量研究的工具主要为测力板,穿戴式足底压力检测装置应用于临床的案例很少。设计一种名为智能鞋垫的穿戴式足底压力检测装置对T2DM患者的足底压力进行实时监测。硬件上采用基于力敏电阻器(FSR)的薄型压力传感器制成的智能鞋垫。采用样本距离的阈值判别法区别出平缓行走和非平缓行走的压力值,采用压力峰值作为特征值。使用序贯相似算法对患者足底压力的异常情况进行快速判断。通过实验,验证了硬件上使用智能鞋垫,算法上采用序贯相似算法对T2DM患者足底压力分布的实时监测有良好的效果。
Sort by the condition of neuropathy,diabetes can be divided into diabetes with peripheral neuropathy(T2DM)and diabetes without peripheral neuropathy(T1DM).The infection will cause abnormal distribution of plantar pressure and make the T2DM patients' feet become lesion.Now,force plate is major tool of quantitative research of plantar pressure.it is uncommon to apply wearable plantar pressure monitoring system to clinic medicine.A plantar pressure monitoring system called smart insole to detect the plantar pressure in real-time is designed.In the hardware aspect,FSR thin type pressure sensor is applied to fabricate smart insole.The threshold judgement method using sample distance is used to distinguish stable walk pressure value from unstable walk pressure value.And the peaks of pressure are taken as the characteristic value.The SSDA is used as a quick judgement for abnormal condition of diabetes patients' plantar pressure.By experiment,it is proved that using smart insole in hardware and SSDA for algorithm have good effects on real-time detection of T2DM patients' distribution of plantar pressure.
