摘要
对铁水镁基喷吹深脱硫反应从理论上进行了深刻的论述,并对铁水脱硫回硫机制进行了理论说明,并在生产中对部分工艺参数进行了优化改进,提出了解决极低硫终点命中、扒净脱硫渣等回硫控制方法,进一步提高了镁基铁水脱硫效果,使转炉冶炼极低硫钢的抗酸管线钢回硫量为10×10-6,实现了极低硫钢的批量生产。
In this paper, the reaction of deep desulphurization by magnesium injection is deeply discussed theoretical- ly. The principle of resulfurization in hot metal is explained. Some process parameters are optimized in practice produce. Some control methods are put forward, e.g. less sulfur content in hot metal at the end of injection and less desulfurization slag remaining. By these ways the effect of desulfurization is improved. The resulfurization content in BOF is lower than 10×10^-6. The batch production of antacid pipeline steel is successed.
