大庆油田扶余油层动态浅调剖技术 被引量:3

Technology of Dynamic Shallow Profile Control in Fuyu Reservoir of Daqing Oilfield

摘要 大庆油田扶余油层是注水开发的裂缝性低渗透油层。随着注水开发时间的延长,两类油层吸水差异加大,层间动用状况差异加大,而常规浅调剖技术存在调剖时机滞后、单井多次调剖效果逐次变差和井间协同作用差等问题,为此开展了扶余油层动态浅调剖技术研究。研究结果表明,多轮次调剖时应尽早进行下一个轮次的调剖,调剖剂的用量和成胶强度应逐轮次递增,在每个轮次实施调剖时应采取先强后弱的强度应用原则。数值模拟结果表明,首轮调剖时机越早,调剖效果越好;确定首轮调剖剂用量为0.0005PV。第二轮调剖时机选择在首轮调剖后连通井含水下降3/4时,最佳用量为0.002PV。第三轮调剖时机为上轮调剖后连通井含水恢复1/2时,最佳用量为0.003PV。选择26口水井与连通的73口油井进行现场应用试验,调整了吸水剖面,累计增油7389t,综合含水下降3.9个百分点。 Fuyu reservoir of Daqing oilfield is a fractured reservoir of low permeability.With the increasing time of flooding, absorption and produced circumstances among layers for the two types of reservoir are much different.While the conventional shallow profile control technology has the issues: timing lags behind,results of single well profile control get worse time by time and synergistic effect among wells leaves much to be de- sired.So we develop technology of the Fuyu reservoir dynamic shallow profile control.As the study shows, when multi-circle profile control proceeds,the next circle needs to be arranged as soon as possible;corre- spondingly the dosage and gelling intensity should increase time by time.Profile control intensity should be decreased gradually in each circle.Numerical simulation indicates that earlier first circle of profile control would have better effects.Profile control agent at the first circle should be O.0005PV.The second time profile control must be carried out when water cut of connected oil wells drops to 3/4 after the first time with 0.002PV of the best agent.The third time profile control should be executed when water cut of the connected oil wells drops to 1/2 after the last time with 0.O03PV of the best agent.After field application tests are tak- en through choosing 26 water wells and 73 connected oil wells ,not only injection profile is adjusted,but also cumulative oil production increased 7389t and composite water cut decreases by 3.9 percentage points.
