摘要
对各种不同密封型式、摩擦状态、密封面形状和流体相态的密封面载荷和承载能力作了具体分析 ,有利于对密封面比压的深入了解。对一些不切实际的选用原则和密封面比压的概念与数据进行了讨论分析 ,并给出明确的密封面比压新概念 ,以及如何验算密封面比压的具体计算方法。介绍了相关算例和数据资料。
Seal face mean contact pressure of mechanical face seals is discussed in detail. Concrete analysis on seal face load and load carrying capacity in various types, friction modes,seal face geometry and fluid phase states is given, which are useful for understanding seal face mean contact pressure p c.Impractical principles for selecting p c,concepts and data are discussed and analyzed. The clear concepts, concrete calculation of p c and check calculation about it are presented.
