分层注水定量配水工艺技术研究与应用 被引量:18

摘要 因压力波动等因素的影响,普通的井下偏心堵塞器暴露出调配工作量及调配难度大、单层配水量的精度难以满足要求等问题。针对这一现状,研究开发了定量注水工艺技术──井下分注定量配水及地面定量配水配套技术。该技术应用DL-1差压式定量堵塞器实现了注水井的井下定量注水,使调配过程一次成功,大大减轻了投捞测试工作量。同时,地面自动恒流装置的应用,实现了注水井的地面分注。文中介绍了该技术的原理及现场应用情况。 Because of the effects of pressure fluctuation and so, some problems about downhole eccentric blanking plug were appeared such as more working index, more difficult of flow control, and the precision of quantity in separate layer water injection being not content demand. According to it, the quantitative injection technology downhole separate layer water injection and surface quantitative water regulator being matched were developed. The DL-1 differential pressure quantitative water regulator was used to implement downhole quantitative injection. The injection water adjustment job were successfully only one time and pulling - running and testing work load were reduced. At the same time, the application of the surface self-motion constant flow unit completed surface separate injection. The theory and application of the technique was introduced.
