摘要
目的观察家犬肝脏的解剖学特点,为犬活体肝脏移植实验研究奠定基础。方法健康本地家犬12例,活体和离体进行肝脏解剖学观测。结果家犬肝脏重量、体积与体重成正相关,根据体重(kg)可较准确估计肝脏重量(g)和体积(cm3),回归方程式分别为:①Y=231.73+16.67X,R2=0.87,②Y=56.52+0.91X,R2=0.94;家犬肝脏分为七叶,其中左外侧叶、左中叶和乳状突各占全肝比例分别为(30.02±1.07)%、(15.05±0.59)%和(2.84±0.14)%。结论犬与人肝脏管道系统大致相近,变异较少见,是建立大动物活体肝移植模型较理想的动物之一。
【Objective】To examine anatomic properties of canine liver to lay the basis for live liver transplantation【.Methods】Twelve canine livers were anatomized in situ and in vitro.【Results】The canine liver weight(g) and volume(cm3) were positively correlated to their body weight(kg).The linear regression equations were Y =231.73+ 16.67X(R2=0.87) and Y =56.52+0.91X(R2=0.94),respectively.The canine liver has seven lobes,among which the left lateral lobe accounts for(30.02±1.07)%,the left medial lobe(15.05±0.59)%,the papillary process(2.84±0.14)%.【Conclusions】The hepatic anatomy of canine is similar to that of human and has few variations.Canine liver can be considered as a suitable animal organ for research in hepatic surgery and living donor liver transplantation.
