摘要
目的寻求电针治疗原发性痛经的最佳刺激量,为优化电针治疗原发性痛经方案提供临床依据。方法将45例原发性痛经患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组15例。3组均接受电针治疗,A组采用0.4~0.5 mA,B组采用0.6~0.7 mA,C组采用0.8~0.9mA。比较3组患者治疗前后疼痛症状积分及临床疗效。结果 A组总有效率为100.0%,B组为100.0%,C组为86.7%,A组和B组总有效率与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后疼痛症状积分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。A组和B组治疗前后疼痛症状积分差值与C组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在刺激频率和刺激时间固定的条件下,采用0.6~0.7 mA的刺激量治疗原发性痛经疗效较好。
Objective To seek an optimal stimulation intensity for electroacupuncture treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and provide a clinical basis for optimization of electroacupuncture treatment protocols for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Forty-five patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly allocated to groups A, B and C, 15 cases each. All the three groups received electroacupuncture treatment, with 0.4-0.5 mA in group A, 0.6-0.7 mA in group B and 0.8-0.9 mA in group C. The pre-treatment and post-treatment pain symptom scores and the clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the three groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 100.0% in group A, 100.0% in group B and 86.7% in group C. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between group A or B and group C (P〉0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the pain symptom scores in the three groups (P〈0.01). There were statistically significant differences in the pre-/post-treatment pain symptom score difference values between group A or B and group C (P〉0.05). Conclusion Under constant stimulation frequency and duration, using stimulus intensities of 0.6-0.7 mA produce a better therapeutic effect on primary dysmenorrhea.
