摘要
硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸消解样品,于10%王水介质中,用电感耦合等离子体-发射光谱仪测定硫含量,经与燃烧碘量法比对,结果稳定,操作简单,速度快。检测数据精密度、准确度、检出限均能满足多目标地球化学调查样品的质量要求。
The sulphur in 10% aqua regia was determined by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry in multi-purpose regional geochemical survey sample digested nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid.Comparing with combustion-iodimetry,the precision,accuracy and detection limit of this method are satisfier qualitatively demand in multi-purpose regional geochemical survey sample.
