银杏叶干燥方法的优化及其机制探讨 被引量:13

摘要 为研究在不同干燥过程中银杏叶化学成分的变化规律,该文采用超高效液相色谱与三重四极杆质谱(UPLC-TQ/MS)联用技术,对银杏叶在自然晒干,阴干,35,45,60,80℃烘干过程中儿茶素类、黄酮及其苷类、双黄酮类、内酯类及酚酸类成分含量变化进行分析。结果表明80℃烘干条件下能起到"杀青"的作用,有利于银杏叶中儿茶素类、黄酮及其苷类、银杏内酯类等成分的转化积累,对双黄酮类成分含量影响不明显。可见80℃快速烘干法有利于银杏叶各类活性成分的保持,可为银杏叶药材的初加工工艺优化提供有益参考。 To provide a scientific evidence for the initial primary processing method, an ultra-high performance liquid chroma- tography combined with a triple quadrupole electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was used to analyze the contents variation of eateehins, flavonoids, flavonoid glycosides, biflavones, terpene laetones and phenolic acids during the process of drying in the sun, in the shade, and baked with 35, 45, 60, 80 ℃ ,respectively. The results show that drying in the 80 ℃ is conducive to the accumulation of eateehins, flavonoid glycosides, terpene laetones, better than the effects of other procedures. Therefore, the fast drying at 80 ℃ is beneficial for the retention of various types of active ingredient of Ginkgo biloba, and this method could be applied as a pref- erably dry processing.
