摘要
本文分析了众多的高速铁路疲劳寿命预测方法 ,并确定了 Miner组合法则是一种适合于高速铁路疲劳寿命预测的方法。介绍了高速铁路钢轨疲劳寿命预测的模型及进行动力仿真计算时所采用的车辆模型、不平顺模型 ,给出了主要车型所引起的钢轨弯曲应力的回归结果。最后计算出了低接头不平顺、车轮扁疤及其结合时的钢轨疲劳寿命 ,与实际相符合 ,证明了 Miner组合法则适于高速铁路疲劳寿命预测 ,并根据结果对轨道养护提出建议。
This paper analyzes many methods of prediction of fatigue service life for rails of High Speed Railway,and proves that the Miner Combined Rule is the proper method for prediction of service life for the fatigue of rails of High Speed Railway.At the same time,it introduces the model of prediction of service life for rails of High Speed Railway,as well as the vehicle model and the irregularity model for dynamic simulation,and gives the regression results of bending stress of rails caused by the main kind of vehicles.At last,we calculate out the fatigue service life for rails where exists irregularity of dipped welded joint and the wheel flat and their combination.The result is in accordance with the fact.This proves that the Miner Combined Rule is the proper method for prediction of service life for the fatigue of rails of High Spped Railway.We give also some advices for the protection of rail.
