摘要
本文紧紧围绕区域一体化空间优化的核心命题,探寻呼包鄂经济区一体化下的土地利用草原保护模式,为呼包鄂经济区一体化升级发展中的草原保护问题提供借鉴。在试图分析草原利用动态变化规律的基础上,结合呼包鄂经济区相关发展规划,采用定量与定性相结合的研究方法对区域草原变化的动因及存在的主要问题进行分析,结合现有政策,提出切实可行的土地利用草原保护模式。研究发现,呼包鄂经济区的草原宜选择构建以生态建设为核心的一体化草原利用与保护模式或构建以保障牧民生存所必需物质基础的草原利用与保护模式或构建以建设重要畜产品基地的草原利用与保护模式进行保护。
