摘要
本文提出的配电网优化规则方法是以配电网的年综合费用为目标函数 ,以模拟退火法为寻优策略 ,其中新解产生器则以支路交换为基本思想。这样既可以利用模拟退火法能较大可能地找到全局最优解、最终解不依赖于初始解的特点 ,又可以利用支路交换法减小模拟退火过程的计算量 。
This paper proposed a simulative annealing based method for power distribution planning, which uses branch exchange method to generate new solution. The object function of the model represents the annuity of the investment and the cost of demand losses.This method is tested by two numerical examples, the results show the validity and good behavior of this mehtod.
