摘要
当前各教学医院存在实习管理信息反馈不及时、教师带教意识及教学水平有待加强、缺乏常态质量监控等问题,针对这些问题,作者所在医院在有实习生轮转的病区设立教学区长,承担相应的教学任务及管理任务。实践证明,建立实习生教学区长制度,操作性强,能进行更有效的师资培训及考核,不仅提高了实习教学及管理的质量,还有利于实习教学队伍骨干教师的培养。
Through the analysis of present manage model of intern, we found most teaching hospitals have the similar problems, such as ineffective information fee&back system, lack of normal quality monitoring, teaching consciousness and teaching level still remains to rise. To help solve these prob-lems, we established the Chief teacher system of Clinical specialty which has interns. The chief teach-er has certain teaching and management duties. The results showed that this system is efficiency in both clinical teaching and teaching management. We can take more efficiency teacher training and as-sessment for these chief teachers.
