摘要
地方高校要实现教学质量有效提升和学校全面、协调、可持续发展,其关键是课程建设。随着现代教育进入信息化时代,以计算机网络为基础的课程网络化在高校深化教学改革、提高教学质量的过程中日益受到重视。如何有效利用和发挥高校教学网络平台的优势,如何整体推进地方高校课程网络化建设,本文作者总结多年的实践和经验,对高校课程网络化建设的必要性、高校课程网络化建设的基本要素和高校课程网络化建设的实施办法进行了论述。
In improving the teaching quality effectively in local higher education institutions, Courses construction is the key point in the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development in colle-ges and universities. With the development of modern education entering the information age, net-working courses based on computer network are increasingly crucial in the process of teaching reforms and the improving of the teaching quality. Aimed at how to effectively utilize campus network and how to promote the construction of networking courses, after years of practice and exploration, this paper tries to discuss the necessity, the basic elements and the implementing measures of courses net-working construction in local higher education institutions.
