摘要
目的 总结12例海岛新型布尼亚病毒感染患者的临床特点与护理措施,为临床护理新型布尼亚病毒感染提供借鉴.方法 回顾性分析总结2011年5月至2012年7月收治的12例新型布尼亚病毒感染患者的临床特点和护理方法.结果 经严格消毒隔离,密切观察病情,加强对症护理和心理护理,开展有效健康指导等措施,12例患者全部痊愈出院.结论 新型布尼亚病毒感染致发热伴血小板减少综合征是近年新发的感染性疾病,起病急,病情重,应采取有效的护理措施,促进患者尽快康复.
Objective To study the clinical features and nursing care of the SFTSV infection patients in Zhoushan city of Zhejiang Province,in order to improve the nursing care level.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical and nursing care features of 12 cases with SFTSV infection that admitted in May 2011 to July 2012.Results The 12 cases were discharged with cure,many measures were adopted such as strictly disfection and isolation,frequently observed patients＇ condition,strengthened the mental care and symptomatic care,developed effective health guidance and so on.Conclusions The severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome caused by SFTSV infection in recent years is a new infectious disease,which is acute onset and severe illness.We should adopt effective nursing measures to promote patients recovery quickly.
