摘要
锦屏—苏南±800kV特高压直流输电线路采用JL/G3A-900/40大截面钢芯铝绞线,使得线路输电容量达到7.2GW。由于导线截面的增大,使得原有的压接工艺无法适用,合格率较低,给线路施工及日后运行带来重大的安全隐患。通过对压接工艺的改进,适当改变压接方向以及设定合理预偏值等措施,解决了大截面钢芯铝绞线压接施工的技术难点。
With utilizing the JL/G3A-900/40 large section ACSR wire, the transmission capacity of Jinping-Sunan 800 kV UHV DC transmission line has reached 7.2 GW. Due to the increase of the wire cross-section, the lower pass rate and significant security risks to the construction and future operation, the original crimping technology can not be applied. By measures such as crimping process improvements, appropriately changing the direction of the crimp and setting a reasonable pre-biased value, we can solve the technical difficulties of the large section ACSR wire crimping.
