摘要
以俄罗斯电力问题研究所生产的转子带有副槽和径向通风沟的 2 0MW、2极汽轮发电机为例 ,给出了转子求解域中的热传导方程和相应的泛函方程 ,并采用有限元方法计算了当转子副槽和径向通风沟沿转子轴变截面和变步长分布时的温度场。同时 ,根据流体相似理论计算了转子通风沟内流体速度和表面散热系数 ,给出了该电机计算结果。
In this paper, the heat conducting equation and corresponding functional equation of the solved region are presented on the basis of an example of 20?MW 2 poles turbo generator with sub slots and radial ventilating grooves in rotor manufactured by the Russian Academy of Power Affairs. Finite element method is applied to calculate the temperature fields when rotor subslots and radial ventilating grooves distribute along the rotor axis in varying section and varying step way. According to the theory of fluid mechanics, the equivalent network chart of air speed distribution of the rotor ventilation grooves and surface heat sinking coefficient are calculated.
