摘要
针对2Cr13A马氏体不锈钢属于包晶钢以及马氏体不锈钢的物理特性,结合邢钢炼钢厂6#连铸机生产实际情况,分析了2Cr13A马氏体不锈钢纵裂纹和纵裂漏钢形成的机理,提出了优化工艺措施,使纵裂漏钢得到有效控制。
Based on that the 2Cr13A martensite stainless steel belongs to peritectic steel and its physical characteristics, combined with the actual production situation of 6# caster of Steelworks of Xing Steel, it is ana- lyzed the formation mechanism for longitudinal cracks on the steel and longitudinal crack breakout, proposed process optimization measures, and consequently the breakout controlled effectively.
