摘要
本文详细介绍了E系列可编程序控制器用来代替电报头子在电镀自动生产线上的应用。介绍分三个方面。1,可编程控器的输入接口电路。提出在行车上装行程开关,而在其它部位装行程挡铁,从而减少了行程开关的使用数量,提高了可靠性;2,可编程控器的内部程序。充分利用程控器的内部功能解决了开关的微小抖动而造成的误动作及铝氧化槽的自动升降压问题;3,可编程控器的外部接口电路。经过二年多的运行,使用可编程控器不仅简化了自动控制的电器件,而且减少了由于电器件的故障而引起的自动线停止运行,对电镀自动线达到全方位自动控制具有重要意义。
The substitution of Serial E programmable controllers for telegraph head in auto-plating line is discussed in detail, which is made up of three parts. 1. Input interface circuits of PC. Stroke switches are fitted on the conveyer arid stroke stops on other locations to reduce the number of stroke switches and improve reliability. 2. Built-in program of PC. Full use of built-in functions of PC is made to overcome misaction as well as self boosting and dropping of oxidation tank due to slight shaking of the switches. 3. External interface circuits of PC It has been proved by two years' operation that the use of PC makes an important sense for omni-bearing auto-control of auto-plating line because of not only simplifying elect-ronics, but also minimizing the shut-down of automatic line caused by electric failures.
