摘要
结合工程实际情况,天津富润中心地下室采用全逆作法方案,基坑支护采用地连墙(两墙合一)+结构楼板水平支撑两者结合,保证基坑安全,加快进度,节省支护成本。采用ETABS软件分析楼板的支撑刚度,指导基坑设计,同时对西侧汽车坡道、北侧人防楼梯及沉降后浇带进行处理,以满足水平支撑的要求。提出壁桩方案及其设计方法,满足逆作法的需要。采用后叠合方案解决地下工程施工偏差较大的问题,采用预埋钢筋、预埋钢筋接驳器、焊接钢牛腿等措施解决水平构件与竖向构件连接节点问题。东侧因场地限制采用柱压地连墙的方案,使用十字钢板接头和压顶大梁解决地连墙接头抗剪承载力较弱和整体受力的问题。
Based on practical engineering,top-down construction method was adopted in the basement of Tianjin RF Center.Dual-purpose diaphragm wall and structural floor(as horizontal struts) were used for the foundation pit.The combination can ensure the safety of foundation pit,accelerate the construction progress,reduce the foundation pit cost.ETABS software was used to analyze the brace stiffness of structural floor to direct foundation pit design,and corresponding measures were adopted for west car ramp,north civil air stair and post-pouring strip to satisfy stiffness requirements of horizontal struts.Barrettes were used to meet the needs for top-down construction method.Post-composite scheme was used to solve the construction deviation of structure members.Pre-embedded steel bar,pre-embedded steel connector and welded steel bracket were used to joints of horizontal and vertical structure members.East four columns of the office tower were laid on continuous concrete wall to break through the space limitation,cruciform plates and top beam were used to enhance the shearing capacity of the joints of the continuous concrete wall.
