摘要
《黄帝内经》中对刺血法的名称、针具、取穴、主治范围、禁忌症和治病机理等都做了较为详尽的论述,奠定了刺血法的理论和实践基础。但随着刺血疗法的进一步发展和推广,人们对传统刺血理论的认识已渐渐模糊,把它视为简单的操作技术。本研究通过总结《内经》刺络的思路和特色,以期展现《内经》的原始内涵,即刺血疗法同样需要辨证施治,希望对针灸临床有一定的指导意义。
Huangdi Neijing gives detailed instructions on bloodletting therapy, which provides a theoretical and practical basis for posterity. With the further development and promotion of bloodletting therapy, knowledge about the traditional bloodletting theories is very hazy. This thesis displays the initial implications of bloodletting thera- py by arranging theory in Huangdi Neijing, and it points out that treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is also necessary to bloodletting therapy.
