幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎具有脾胃湿热内蕴的病理基础,其脾胃湿热与HP感染相关。治以清化湿热、调理脾胃、升降气机。方选连朴饮加减:法半夏10g,厚朴12g,黄芩10g,黄连6g,白蔻仁6g(后下),石菖蒲10g,栀子10g,芦根10g。
