摘要
[目的]观察黄氏胶囊治疗性病尿道炎后综合征疗效。[方法]将76例随机分为两组。对照组38例谷维素20mg、维生素B120mg、维生素B12500μg、多虑平50mg,3次/d,口服。治疗组38例黄氏胶囊(黄芪30g,山甲12g,荔枝核12g,香附12g,白术12g,丹皮9g,白芍12g,甘草6g),0.5g/粒,6粒/次,3次/d,口服。10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3个疗程(30d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效36例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组显效17例,有效10例,无效11例,总有效率71.05%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。[结论]黄氏胶囊治疗性病尿道炎后综合征疗效满意,临床值得推广使用。
[Objective]Huang capsule treatment of sexually transmitted urethritis syndrome was observed.[Methods]76 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Control group of 38 cases oryzanol 20mg,vitamin B120mg,vitamin B12500μg,multi doxepin 50mg,3 times / d,orally.Treatment group,38 cases of medicinal Huangshi 30g,Shanjia 12g,Lizhihe 12g,Xiangfu12g,Baishu 12g,Danpi 9g,Baishao 12g,Gancao 6g,research into fine,made into capsules,0.5g / tablets,6 tablets / time,3 times / d,orally.10d for a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of three courses（30d）,to determine efficacy.[Results]Treatment group,36 cases,2 cases,and 0 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 100%.Control group,17 cases,10 cases,11 cases,total effective rate of 71.05%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.[Conclusion]Huang capsule after treatment of venereal urethritis syndrome satisfaction,clinical worth spreading.
