摘要
[目的]观察硝矾洗剂熏洗治疗肛周瘙痒疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按随机数字表方法分为两组,对照组50例PP液加入50g硫酸镁,趁热溶解后熏洗患处,15～20min/次,2次/d,治疗组50例硝矾洗剂,趁热熏洗患处,15～20min/次,2次/d,连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效21例,有效23例,无效6例,总有效率88.00%。对照组显效9例,有效23例,无效18例,总有效率64.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]硝矾洗剂熏洗治疗肛周瘙痒,疗效确切、使用安全方便,值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。
