摘要
何永生主任医师认为蛋白尿是导致肾功能进行性减退的重要因素,脾肾亏虚为本,湿浊瘀血为标,属本虚标实之证。热毒湿邪贯穿始终,是疾病发生发展及恶化的主要因素。因此在蛋白尿的治疗过程中,吾师提倡以健脾补肾为主,清热利湿、活血化瘀为辅治疗。
Chief physician He Yongsheng think proteinuria is an important factor that results in progressive deterioration of renal function,Its pathogenesis is deficiency of both spleen and kidney as this,dampness and blood stasis.While the heat dampness throughout the chronic kidney disease always,is the main factors of the disease development and deterioration.Therefore,in the course of treatment of proteinuria,my teacher advocated is good for the spleen invigorates the kidney primarily,refrigeration advantage wet,blood circulation removing extravasted blood for auxiliary method of treatment.
