摘要
目的:观察竹叶石膏汤合补中益气汤治疗复发性口疮的临床疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组给予竹叶石膏汤合补中益气汤治疗,对照组给与竹叶石膏汤治疗,两组均中药内服,1剂/d,15d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组的近期疗效和远期疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:竹叶石膏汤合补中益气汤治疗复发性口疮比单纯采用竹叶石膏汤治疗具有疗效满意,不易复发的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of the Zhuye Shigao decoction combined with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction on treating recurrent aphthous. Methods： 60 patients were divided into two groups, 30 for each. The control group was given the Zhuye Shigao decoction, while the treated group was given the Buzhong Yiqi decoction more, both groups were taken orally, 1 times a day, 15 days for a course, and two courses of treatment. Results： The total efficacy of the treated group is significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Zhuye Shigao decoction combined with the Buzhong Yiqi decoction was significantly effective in treating recurrent aphthous, worthy of a wide application.
