摘要 福州大学通过创建紫金矿业学院,提出并实施了"紫金模式",即"由企业支持办学建设、由企业参与办学过程、由企业检验办学成效"的模式,打造校企深度合作教育联盟。主要经验是:校企双方联合成立理事会;共同制订并实施专业人才培养方案;联合建设实践教学基地;着力打造"双师型"教师队伍;改革创新毕业实践环节。"紫金模式"的实施为培养工程型、应用型人才创立了一种全新的教育模式,具有很强的示范意义。 College of ZiJin Mining has been established by Fuzhou University and Zijin mode has been proposed with the core of supporting the college construction,participating in the teaching process and checking the result by Zijin Mining Group,finally building the thorough education alliance between experience and university.Some experiences have been obtained,such as setting up a joint council by university and enterprise,formulating and implementing the professional talent cultivation plan,together constructing the training base,creating and developing double-qualified teacher group,reforming and innovating of graduation practice stage.The implementation of Zijin Mode is a new education model of engineering talents and applied talents cultivation,and has great sample significance.
