摘要
思想政治教育是人才培养的重要组成部分。随着社会的发展,社会对人才的综合素质要求越来越高,企业对就业者的岗位要求更加细化、具体。高职院校的思想政治教育的方法、模式及课程设计都要依据人才综合素质培养目标进行调整,不断变革创新。
As an important part of higher vocational talents training, education of ideological and political theory bears the educational mission of cultivating professional talents＇ comprehensive qualities. It requires that ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational colleges should meet the new requirements which promote the deepening of talents training goal in higher vocational colleges, and systematically develop the reform of curriculum construction and teaching system centering on the theoretical basis of demands of students＇ career success and personal growth.
