摘要
对福建与华东联网后福建电网安全稳定问题进行了研究。从福建电网暂态稳定、内部网架结构、低频振荡、无功补偿与短路电流等方面分析了联网对福建电网的影响 ,并给出了有关计算结果。分析表明 ,联网对改善福建电网频率稳定性特别是大机组甩负荷后频率稳定性的作用十分显著 ,但同时也可能带来一些新的问题 ,例如由于联网初期福建电网规模较小 ,在送电功率较大时联络线切除后对福建电网的影响较大。针对联网后的福建电网安全稳定问题 ,提出了限制联网初期联络线送电功率、加强内部网架结构等对策和建议。
The security and stability of Fujian Power System after the interconnection of Fujian Power System with East China Power Grid are studied. The influence of interconnection on transient stability, power system configuration, low\|frequency oscillation, reactive power compensation and short circuit current of Fujian Power System is analyzed and relevant calculation results are given. Result of analysis shows that interconnection can remarkably improve the frequency stability of Fujian Power System, especially the frequency stability after the tripping of large generation sets. Meanwhile, interconnection may also leads to some new problems. In the early stage of interconnection, the size of Fujian Power System is not large enough, its stability will be reduced by the interconnection, when the tie\|line is tripped during the time when a higher power is being transmitted through the interconnection. To improve the security and stability some proposals such as strengthening the configuration of Fujian Power System, restraining the transmitted power of the tie\|line in the early stage of interconnection, etc., are put forward.
