摘要
随着我国对水资源开发利用程度的不断提高,由此而引发的移民问题也相应增加,如何为受项目影响的人员提供一个安置恢复计划,使他们的损失得到赔偿,使他们的生活标准得以改善或至少维持到项目前的水平,显然是很有必要的。本文以西北地区某水库移民为例,通过对几种移民安置方式的对比及分析,从确定安置人口到制定出了较为合理移民安置方案,都做了详细分析,可以为我国西部及北方地区经济欠发达地区的,以农业生产为主的移民安置项目提供些许参考。
As China＇s level of development and utilization of water resources continues to improve, thus triggered a corresponding increase in immigraiion issues, how to project-affected people to provide a recovery plan for resettlement, so that their losses be compensated, so that their standard of living can be to improve or at least maintain the level before the project is clearly necessary. In this paper, a reservoir in northwest migration, for example, by the way the resettlement of several comparison and analysis, from identifying resettlement of population to develop a more reasonable resettlement program, has done a detailed analysis for the western and northern regions of China＇s economic the less developed regions, mainly for agricultural production resettlement projects in a little reference.
