摘要
目的探讨老年高血压采用贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗的临床效果。方法选择老年高血压患者100例,分别就单纯应用氨扫地平组(对照组)和加用贝那普利联用(观察组)效果进行比较。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压采用贝那普利联合氨氯地平治疗可显著提高临床效果,改善血压水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of senile hypertension using Benazepril combined with amlodipine. Methods 100 cases of elderly patients with hypertension, sweeping group were simply application of ammonia （ control group） and the addition of Benazepril combined with （ observation group） for. Results The tornl effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than thai of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Elderly hypertension using BenazePril combined with amlodipine treatment can significantly improve the clinical effect, improve blood pressure levels.
