摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法将2009年10月至2012年10收治的异位妊娠患者102例,分成两组,分别为研究组和对照组,每组各51例。研究组选择甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮、活血化瘀的中药进行联用;对照组使用甲氨蝶呤、米非司酮。以血HCG恢复正常时间、包块消失时间以及治疗效果、副反应、住院费用对临床疗效进行评价。结果研究组血HCG恢复正常时间、包块消失时间均比对照组早;研究组治疗效果及副反应发生的情况优于对照组;研究组住院费用较对照组少。结论中西医结合治疗异位妊娠可以提高异位妊娠的治愈率,同时还能减少对患者的毒副作用,降低住院费用。
Observation Of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment the curative effect of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 2009 in October, 2012-10 were 102 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy, divided into two groups, namely the research group and control group, each group of each 51 cases. Results The study group, serum HCG recovery time, mass disappeared earlier time than the control group; study group therapeutic effects and side effects occur than the control group; study group hospitalization costs less than the control group. Conclusion Integrative treatment of ectopic pregnancy ectopic pregnancy can increase the cure rate while reducing the toxic side effects on patients and reduce hospital costs.
