摘要
针对某检验中心空调室内温度不达标问题,以检验中心暖通和建筑专业原图纸设计内容及现场检测数据为依据,根据围护结构构造、传热系数及房间功能设计要求,根据空调系统冷冻水供回水7/12℃的运行参数,根据空调区域进行逐项逐时空调冷负荷详细的计算冷负荷指标与原设计冷负荷指标对照,根据室内环境检测温度与原空调室内设计温度对照,根据风机盘管水系统与新风系统运行冷负荷对比,剖析原空调系统的不足之处,阐述风机盘管水系统与新风系统管路各自独立设置改造方案的必要性及运行效果。
This paper introduces in detail the improvement and operation of the air conditioning system for an inspection center in 2010,carries out a detailed cooling load calculation of the air conditioning zone by referring to and reviewing the original design drawings for individual building and HVAC disciplines based on the structure and heat transfer coefficient of external maintenance as well as the room function requirements,and makes a comparative analysis of the calculated load index with the original design index based on the actual operation.By comparing the operation of the air conditioning system before and after the improvement,the problems with the original air conditioning system for the inspection center are discussed,the feasibility of the improvement scheme is demonstrated,and the necessity of independently setting up the air conditioning water system and the fresh air system for analysis and lab rooms is attained.
