摘要
目的:筛选青翘石油醚部位抗菌成分,为进一步从连翘中寻找高效低毒的抗菌新药和抗菌先导化合物奠定基础。方法:采用K-B纸片扩散法测定青翘石油醚部位中不同化学部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的敏感性。结果:青翘石油醚部位中不同化学部位对不同菌株表现了不同程度的抗菌作用:大肠杆菌>金黄色葡萄球菌>白色念珠菌。对于这三种菌珠,抗菌活性部位都集中于FrA6~FrA10。结论:青翘中石油醚部位极性较大的结构具有较强的抗菌活性,是青翘发挥清热解毒功效的结构基础。
Objective: To screen antibacterial composition of Qingqiao aether petrolei fraction, so as to make a foundation for further searching for high efficiency and low toxicity antibacterial drugs from fructus forsythiae and antibacterial compounds. Methods: By using K-B disk diffusion method, the sensitivity of different chemical fractions of Qingqiao aether petrolei extract on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, candida albicans was determine. Results: The different chemical fractions of Qingqiao aether petrolei of fructus forsythiae showed antibacterial effect of different strains in different degree :escherichia coli 〉 staphylococcus aureus 〉 candida albicans. For the three kinds of bacteria, antibacterial active site was focused on FrA6- FrA10. Conclusion: The structure fraction of larger polar in Qingqiao aether petrolei has strong antibacterial activity, so it is the structural basis or infrastructure of heat-clearing and detoxifying effect.
