摘要
本文主要介绍了石英陶瓷的成型技术、烧结方法、添加剂对石英陶瓷性能的影响,并从应用现状着手对其前景进行了展望。国内石英陶瓷制品与国外相比,主要存在体积密度低、显气孔率高、结构疏松、致密性和均匀性差等问题。随着工业技术的发展、石英陶瓷制备技术的不断完善提高以及相关研究的不断深入,石英陶瓷正在被更多的行业和领域所认识并应用。
The influence of molding, sintering, additive on the properties of silica ceramics were mainly discussed in this paper, foreground of which was prospected based on present applications. Low bulk density, high apparent porosity, loose structure, compactness and poor uniformity were the problems of inside products comparing with outside silica ceramics products.
