摘要
通过阐述 RAPD标记的原理及其特点 ,综述了该技术在大田作物、蔬菜作物、果树、树木等的遗传多样性及物种进化、品种鉴定、分类等种质资源研究中的应用 ,并对其在应用过程中存在的问题进行了分析。
The paper described the principle and characters of Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and reviewed the application of this new RAPD technique in the research of plant germplasm such as in the genetic diversification, species evolution ,varieties identification and classification of the fields crops, vegetable crops,fruit tree. The problems in the course of application were analyzed, and the methods to solve the problems were worked out. We realize the great potential and application value of the technique after reviewing the prospect of it.
