摘要
该文综合了液压传动课程的实验项目和实验方法,拟定了实验台的总体方案,对液压系统、电气控制系统及计算机测控系统进行了设计,对液压元件、电器元件、各种传感器及数据采集模块进行了选型。制作了一台用于教学实验的计算机自动控制液压综合实验台,开发了用于本实验台的测控软件。实验结果表明,该实验台性能稳定、工作可靠。
This paper integrates the experimental projects and experiment methods in the hydraulic transmission course, and draws up the overall scheme of the Experiment table, designs hydraulic system, electric control system and computer measurement and control system, selects hydraulic components, electrical components, all kinds of sensor and data acquisition modules. Makes a computer automatic control hydraulic comprehensive experiment table for teaching experiment, develops the experimental measurement and control software. The experimental results show the experiment table can work stably and reliably.
