摘要
根据长期的实践经验,使用公式对编程数据进行精细计算,在宏程序上通过使用变量、赋值、运算、逻辑、条件判断或者转移命令等功能,实现了在数控车床上应用普通车床加工螺纹的左右切削法来加工蜗杆。
Based on practical experience,the fine calculation of programming data is carried out by using the formula. Thread turning is realized on NC lathe by using variables, assignment,arithmetic, logic, conditionals or transfer command function in macro program(namely the left right cutting method) to machining worm.
