进展性腔隙性脑梗死的发病机制、临床预测与治疗研究现状 被引量:30

摘要 腔隙性脑梗死(1acunarinfarction,LI)由Fisher在1965年首先提出,是指穿支动脉闭塞急性坏死所致小的深部脑梗死。u起初是病因学的诊断名词,指“小动脉闭塞”所致脑梗死。随着CT及MRI的问世,u被引用到影像学,泛指直径小于1.5~2.0cm的梗死灶。除小动脉硬化外,大动脉狭窄或闭塞所造成的小动脉血流灌注减低和微栓子也是可能的发病机制。
