摘要
以大功率电控船用主推进柴油机为研究对象,研究其在台架试验过程中的扭振状况。用专用扭振计算软件计算其在台架试验过程柴油机-中间轴-测功机受力振动状况,通过实测获得台架试验过程中该柴油机-中间轴-测功机实际振动状况。对比计算结果和实测结果,并优化计算过程,获得推进主柴油机精确的动力输入参数,建立更为精确的计算模型,为后续计算设计适当的中间轴选配合适的测功机,确保台架试验过程中柴油机-中间轴-测功机扭振振动状况在允许的范围内。
The torsional vibration of the large power electric-control marine main propulsion diesel engine was experimentally researched by shop testing. The forced torsional vibration condition of the diesel engine-intermediate shaft-dynamometer system during shop testing was calculated by the special TVC software. And the actual vibration condition was tested. By compared the calculated results with the testing results, the calculate process was optimized to obtain the accurate dynamic input parameters of marine main propulsion diesel engine. The more accurate calculated model was built to provide a basis for the follow-up design appropriate intermediate shaft, matching the appropriate dynamometer, ensure diesel engine-intermediate shaft-dynamometer torsional vibration in the allowed range during shop testing.
