摘要
通过目视检查法，分析了轴瓦失效形貌及轴瓦失效的使用原因。阐述了润滑油清洁度、发动机负荷与转速，以及润滑油供油压力对轴瓦失效的影响，并提出了预防轴瓦失效的措施。
By the visual inspection method, this paper analyses the look of the failure bearing shell and the using condition that leading to the failure. The paper describes the effects of engine load, engine speed, oil cleanliness and oil supply pressure on the bearing shell failure. It also proposes the preventive measures against the bearing shell failure.
