摘要
目的建立愈伤接骨丹的薄层色谱定性鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对愈伤接骨丹中的黄芩、大黄、苏木、赤芍、乳香进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论所建立方法可用于愈伤接骨丹的质量控制。
Objective To establish the TLC qualitative identification method of Yushang Jiegu Pills.Methods The TLC method was adopted to qualitatively identify Scutellariae Radix,Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Sappan Lignum,Paeoniae Radix and Rubra Olibanum.Results The TLC spots were fairly clear,and the negative control showed no interference.Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate with good repeatability,which can be used for the quality control of Yushang Jiegu Pills.
