摘要
目的:探讨酸敏感离子通道(Acid-sensing ion channels,ASICs)的阻断剂阿米洛利(Amiloride)对大鼠面部炎性痛行为反应的影响.方法:采用皮下注射Formalin(5%,50 μL)建立大鼠面部炎性疼痛模型,以动物抓搔注射侧上唇的时间为痛敏行为观察指标.结果:(1) Formalin组疼痛反应时间较生理盐水组明显增长(P<0.01);(2)大鼠面部皮下注射amiloride(10~100 μg)可产生剂量依赖性的抗伤害作用.结论:外周的ASICs在福尔马林致面部炎性疼痛模型中发挥重要的作用.
Objective: To explore the antinociceptive effect of the acid-sensing ion channels (ASICs) inhibitors amiloride in a rat model with facial inflammatory pain. Methods: Utilized subcutaneous injection with formalin (5%, 50 μL) to establish rat facial inflammatory pain model, used the time that the rat scratched the injection side upper lip as the observational index. Results:(1) The pain reaction time of formalin group was obviously longer than physiological saline group (P 〈 0. 01) ; (2) The facial subcutaneous injection of amiloridc (10- 100 μg) could lead to dose-dependent antinociceptic effect. Conclusion: Peripheral ASICs plays an important role in formalin-induced facial inflammatory pain model.
